王守宇教授

王守宇,博士,教授

1999年毕业于南昌航空大学,获得学士学位

2002年毕业于广西大学,获得硕士学位

2002-2005年在中国科学院物理研究所攻读博士学位,获凝聚态物理博士学位

2005-2009年在日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST,筑波)从事博士后研究工作。

2011-2012年在香港大学物理学系学访交流;

20158-11月在加拿大Trent大学物理系学访交流;

20181-10月在美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)学访交流

研究方向

铁电、磁性等极性物质的制备及其结构相变机理研究;

薄膜/异质结器件的脉冲激光法制备及其物理性能调控
